After my son was born, everything changed. Between work and taking care of him, I could not leave the house to go to the gym anymore. My husband worked long hours, and there were no gyms around me with a daycare.

Working out at home became my only option to stay fit. I am not going to lie, I did not like it at the beginning. Working out at home can be boring, but when you are a mom with young kids, you just don't have time to drive to the gym and let's be honest- every minute counts when you have little kids.
So I gave it a shot, and I never looked back. I was saving so much time doing my workouts at home, and I never looked better. I went from killing myself in the gym for 1-2 hours daily to working out only 20-30 minutes 4-5 times a week.
