I joined this challenge in hopes of pressing the RESET button and returning to a healthier routine. What I got in return was not only physically beneficial, but also mentally. My mindset has changed in how I look at exercise - you don’t need to work out for an hour for it to be effective. I joined with Hana in hope to get in a better healthy routine for myself, before Hana I was working out 3-4 days a week but I don't feel I was pushing myself as hard because I didn't have the motivation, I really enjoyed the support from the wonderful ladies! I mainly followed the meal plan given with some modifications and found it helped keep me on track having it right in front of me. What equipment do I need?
Pair of dumbbells (lighter pair and heavier pair would be great). If you do not have dumbbells, you can use water jugs and food cans. 
Mat- optional

What day does the challenge start?
The challenge starts whenever you start. You will start recieving daily emails Monday after signing up so you can start on Monday.  
How long are the workouts?
The actual workouts are only 20-30 minutes long. Add 5 minutes of warmup and 5 minutes for cool down so 40 minutes maximum all together. 
What are the workouts like?
There are 4 strength training workouts split into different body parts and 2 HIIT workouts and a walk. You will be repeating this 6 workouts every week for 3 weeks. 
What is included with the challenge?
This challenge includes 21 day workout plan, 21 day meal plan- new meal plan every week with recipes and grocery list and daily support emails.
