Working out at home became my only option to stay fit. I am not going to lie, I did not like it at the beginning. Working out at home can be boring, but when you are a mom with young kids, you just don't have time to drive to the gym and let's be honest- every minute counts when you have little kids.

So I gave it a shot, and I never looked back. I was saving so much time doing my workouts at home, and I never looked better. What equipment do I need?
Pair of dumbbells (lighter pair and heavier pair would be great). If you do not have dumbbells, you can use water jugs and food cans.

What day does the program start?
Immediately. I keep a limited amount of clients that I directly work with. 
How long are the workouts?
The actual workouts are only 20-30 minutes long. Add 5 minutes of warmup and 5 minutes for cool down so 40 minutes maximum all together. 
What are the workouts like?
There are 3-4 strength training workouts and 2 HIIT workouts and walking . Every month there is a new workout plan. Main focus is fat loss and getting stronger and tighter every where.
What is included with the program?
Please see above. Everything you need to get results. No extra fluff. 
Do I get to keep the program after?
Yes. You can printout all of the workout and keep your meal plan and recipes. 
What is the cost of the program?
